Real Madrid are reportedly lining up a summer transfer bid for Chelsea star Eden Hazard after holding secret talks with the player and his representatives.

The Belgium international is said to be one of a number of top priority targets for Madrid president Florentino Perez this summer as he looks to bolster his squad.

Real are known for their ‘Galactico’ signings and are reportedly eyeing Hazard as one of their next ones, along with Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea and Juventus forward Paulo Dybala.

Diario Gol claim the Spanish giants are making progress with their efforts to land Hazard after initial talks, in what could be a huge blow for the Premier League leaders.

Hazard, 26, has been in superb form for Chelsea this season, scoring ten goals in all competitions to rediscover his best form under new manager Antonio Conte.

However, the down side of his world class displays is that it has seemingly attracted the attention of Europe’s biggest clubs once again.
